exteroceptive

İngilizce - Türkçe

EXTEROCEPTIVE
Exteroception refers to the perception of external stimuli that originate from outside the body, such as vision, hearing, touch, taste, and smell. In other words, it is the process of sensing and interpreting stimuli that come from the environment.

Exteroceptive information is gathered through sensory receptors located in the eyes, ears, skin, tongue, and nose, and it is transmitted to the brain for processing and interpretation. This information is crucial for our ability to navigate the world around us, interact with others, and make sense of our surroundings.

Examples of exteroceptive sensations include seeing a red apple, feeling the warmth of the sun on your skin, hearing the sound of birds chirping, tasting a sweet dessert, and smelling the fragrance of a flower.
