Yanlış : In spite of he is rich he isn't a happy man at all.

Doğru : In spite of all his riches he isn't a happy man at all.

Bütün servetine rağmen hiç mutlu bir adam değil.

In spite of (rağmen, karşın) sözünden sonra bir isim veya isim grubu gelir, tümce (özne + fiil) gelmez.

In spite of’dan sonra bir isim veya isim grubu, in spite of the fact’den sonra ise bir yantümce gelir.
